Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. Please review and verify all items to be purchase before you purchase them; you are the only responsible for this action. If you need additional information please call us before you make the purchase, please be aware that all sales are final, no returns will be accepted. Defective goods may be required to be sent directly to manufacturer. Product may be repaired or exchanged at our judgment. It is your responsibility to inspect your purchase carefully. A restocking fee of 20% might be charged at Videocam discretion. Videocam reserves the right to refuse the return at any time. Videocam is not responsible for any information, data or any parts or accessories left in the returned merchandise. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be received within two business days of receipt of goods, and must be addressed directly to freight carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect your purchase carefully. Refunds on returned items paid for by credit card, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. If the payment was made by check we will only refund by check after a 25-day waiting period. Please note that any returned merchandise to manufacturer must include all original packaging and all accessories & literature. All warranty cards must be returned as well and the product has to be unregistered with the manufacturer, returns must be made no later than five (5) days after receiving the damaged or missing shipment. No returns on damaged or missing equipment will be accepted if there is not an RMA issued; specific shipping and packaging instructions to manufacturer will be sent with RMA. By proceeding with purchase you are fully and voluntarily accepting all terms and conditions expressed on this website, and accept to comply with all requirements requested. Sales Tax: All orders shipped to an address in the State of Florida State are required to add local sales tax to the total amount of the order including the amount of the shipping charge. Wholesale purchases must have a current tax exempt status, and the information must be on file.
